Please feel free to let any prospective customers know how totally thrilled I am with the outstanding marble cleaning and restoration project performed by Goy Ullyart of Michigan Stone and Tile. After twelve years of enduring hard water and accidental countertop spills, the marble shower, vanity countertop, and tub surround in my home became dull, water streaked, and marred. Goy gave me a realistic appraisal of what restoration would entail, what materials he would use, and what I could expect, and then exceed my expectations. The tiles and countertops look new again.
Goy was professional, considerate, and a pleasure to have in my home. He was thoughtful enough to notify me by cell phone when traffic made him a few minutes late for projected start time, and worked from 9 A.M. until midnight on the final day of the project so that he could complete the work in the promised time frame. He stuck to his original cost estimate, provided maintenance follow-up suggestions, and discussed results as the work progressed so that there were no surprises or disappointment in the end result.
